So I have been meaning to blog for weeks now and I have had plenty to blog about but I just never sit down to do it. I will do better.
So today I freaked out. I had interns start their rotation with me! HOLY CRAP! It was just a year ago that I was in their place and now I am teaching them. Crazy to think what has happened in a years time! But it is really exciting! I will keep you posted on how it goes. Thankfully, I have a great group and I am sure that they will continue to get better with time!

i think role reversal is one of the most interesting things about life. just when you think you've got it all figured out, things can be flipped around and it's a whole new experience.
